"I have a limited or no connectivity from my PC to the web. When I try to repair it I am informed to ring my service provider. I have now been ringing Virgin for two days............that's two days of listening to the engaged tone. Trying to access advice from their helpline is a complete joke. I suggest switching to another provider."
