"Telewest are rip off artists ..... tried to sell me TV, BROADBAND & PHONE package for £28.99... when I queried this and said I was moving to SKY I was referred to customer service... given upgraded packege for £20 all in .... just needs a few more to threaten to leave for SKY 16mb service and they will have to improve..... also website boasts of 30mb mailbox, yet many webmail service of 2-3GB.... I won't be staying with them much longer if adsl is going to improve... "

"The TVDrive box is fantastic -much better and more reliable than my old Sky+ box. My Sky+ box was forever rebooting. The choice available on the Teleport service, ie the movies and the Teleport TV service is excellent -no need to ever go the video shop again! The Telewest customer service is relatively good. i just hope it doesnt go the same was as NTL."
