"orange keep sending new offers and upgrades and in the literature explain all the conditions.as soon as you telephone all sorts of new conditions apply and when you upgrade you suddenly lose all your minutes and the option to renew your phone which could go on for months or cost you a further few hundred pounds.misleading to say the least. "
